Kirk Ella Properties Ltd is based in the historic village of Kirk Ella to the West of Hull.
Originally set up in 2005 to purchase and restore the old 18th Century Blacksmith's Forge, which then became the home of Kirk Ella Investments for over a decade before they relocated.
It now owns a number of other commercial properties located in the historic village of Kirk Ella; all the properties are currently rented out to local businesses.

Originally a Blacksmith's Forge from the 18th Century, we have a meeting room available for hire, and window space available for property advertisement; previously local estate agents listed properties for sale or rent.
