Current Opportunities
Kirk Ella Properties Ltd is based in the historic village of Kirk Ella to the West of Hull.
Originally set up in 2005 to purchase and restore the old 18th Century Blacksmith's Forge, which then became the home of Kirk Ella Investments for over a decade before they relocated.
It now owns a number of other commercial properties located in the historic village of Kirk Ella; all the properties are currently rented out to local businesses.
Currently we have one property available in the centre of Kirk Ella for sale or potentially rent; currently rented as a Hairdresser but they are in the process of moving into another one of our properties next door to their current salon. Full details can be found here:
